Ron Clevenger is an innovative and respected business leader with a successful record of leading companies in business development, strategy and revenue growth. Known for his outstanding communication skills and trustworthy leadership, Ron has come to excel at building cohesive and high performing teams while demonstrating level-headed executive strategy.

Prior to leading Mustard Seed, he served as Vice President for Hart Intercivic, a trusted, national election technology innovator. Before Hart, Ron held multiple executive leadership positions at Micron, Segue Software, Balihoo, and Single Point Solutions.

After moving to Idaho in 1994, Ron fell in love with the Gem State. Outside of the office, he values and enjoys time with his wife of 31 years, 3 grown children, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. Ron plays pickleball competitively and is also a fly-fishing junkie.  His current record local catch is a 20” rainbow trout in the Boise River. Ron is a baseball aficionado and has relished the game both as a fan for many years and as a coach who saw several of his players go on to play at the collegiate level and earn their bachelor’s degree.

Ron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University.

Kelly received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Washington University in 1989. Kelly served as General Manager and Owner of his own Beer and Wine Distributing Company, and later served as an Elder/Pastor at Calvary Chapel Boise.  Kelly brings with him twenty-two years of experience in insurance sales and management, specializing in life, health, property and casualty.

Kelly started Mustard Seed Financial & Insurance in 2009, and now brings this broad knowledge of life, health, property and casualty to his own agencies. Mustard Seed Truck Insurance now provides the commercial transportation industry with all the specialized coverage's and services that a commercial trucking and transportation risk requires.

Kelly is currently 1/3 owner at Bergstrom Nutrition of Vancouver, Washington, a nutraceutical ingredient supplier. Kelly enjoys ministry, coaching, hunting, fishing, snow skiing along with his wife and six children.

Chris Was born in Colorado and moved to Idaho in 2010. With a passion of taking care of people, stemming from a background in the culinary world, he started and found his knack for Insurance in 2013. He is passionate about motivating and uplifting others and he strives to always take care of those that come into his life. Chris is a proud father and family man with a huge love for cooking, sports and his community. When not working he enjoys many outdoor activities like fishing, camping, golf, softball, and anything that involves his kiddos.

Debbie is a native Idahoan who began her insurance career in 1978. She has a broad range of insurance experience including personal, general fire/casualty and risk management.  In addition, Debbie is a property investor and currently manages 5 personally owned rental properties.

Debbie is the Personal LInes Manager in charge of training new hires in personal insurance and enjoys selling, and servicing insurance accounts.  She enjoys motorcycling, hiking, playing guitar and volunteer work.

Echo is a native Idahoan who spent seven years working for a dollar store as a clerk and store manager.  Following in her mother's footsteps, Echo started in the truck insurance industry as a CSR in 1997.  Echo has been working with Mustard Seed Truck Insurance since 1998 and currently handles invoicing, accounts receivables and receiptionist duties.  Echo enjoys horseback riding and camping along with spending time with her husband and two children.

Suzanne started her insurance career in 2001 as an administrative assistant for a large broker in the Los Angeles Area. She quickly moved up the ranks and was promoted to assistant account manager in the commercial lines department within a year. 3 years later she promoted to commercial account manager, a position she excelled in for the next 14 years. She prides herself on her customer service skills and eagerness to always help a client in need. 18 years into her career now, Suzanne is a skilled and knowledgeable commercial insurance professional.

Suzanne grew up in the San Fernando Valley and loved to visit Idaho every year with her family for the Idaho Regatta in Burley. She recently moved to the Boise, Idaho area with her husband and 2 kids. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, camping and boating.

Jessica is a proud Boise native who has spent most of her life in Idaho. Her deep love and loyalty for her home state are evident in her everyday life, as well as her professional pursuits. With over 20 years of management experience under her belt, Jessica has honed her skills in customer service and helping others shine. As the office manager at Mustard Seed, Jessica has found a perfect fit for her talents- as she is passionate about supporting the team at Mustard Seed.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family. Whether they're exploring the great outdoors on a side-by-side, camping in the mountains, or jetting off on a new adventure, Jessica loves making memories with her loved ones. When she's not on the go, you can find her curled up with a good book or trying out a new recipe from the latest cookbook.

Kelle Sue graduated from Central Washington University in 1990 with a double major in Business Administration and Office Management.  Moving to Chehalis, Washington, Kelle Sue worked at a grocery store chain as their Office Manager.  The next sixteen years were spent enjoying being a housewife and mother to their six children.  Kelle Sue started with Mustard Seed in 2010 as a CSR and was quickly moved to Controller.  Today, she is Secretary/Treasurer of Mustard Seed Financial & Insurance and is responsible for Human Resources and paying the bills.  Her love for her family and being involved in their lives is one of her passions.  Kelle Sue also loves to travel, photography, scrapbooking, and cooking.

Mike is an Idaho native raised in Bellevue, Idaho.  He grew up in a family of loggers, and fell trees himself until he graduated from The College of Idaho.  Mike went on to graduate with a doctorate in Chiropractic.  He practiced Chiropractic in South Carolina, and then started a practice in Boise.  He practiced in the Trasure Valley for 17 years.  Mike has a wife, Cynthia and three children.  When he isn't working, Mike enjoys spending his time with his family.  He is also an avid big game hunter and fisherman.  He enjoys hiking, camping, and anything that allows him to be in the mountains of Idaho.

Joann has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia Wesleyan University.  With twenty-nine years of experience in all different aspects of the insurance industry, Joann brings expertise from being a Commercial Casualty Underwriter with USF&G and with workers compensation Executive Assistant with Liberty Northwest.  Joann has worked in several insurance agencies as the commercial casualty customer service representative and currently handles a large book of transportation business with Mustard Seed Truck Insurance.  Joann enjoys horseback riding, fishing, camping and remodeling houses.

Steve is a native Idahoan who began his insurance career in 1995.  He has experience with various types of insurance including personal, commercial, life, and health.  Steve has experience as an agent, an agency owner, and as an insurance regulator for the Idaho Department of Insurance.  As a sales agent for Mustard Seed, Steve is specializing in personal lines insurance, commercial insurance, and trucking insurance.

Steve has 3 beautiful children (2 grown and 1 still at home). When not working, Steve enjoys fishing, camping, rafting, golfing, and attending live sporting events.

Daniel is longtime Boise local with deep roots in Idaho. He attended Capital High School and graduated from Boise State University with a BBA in Marketing. Daniel is a licensed insurance producer in Idaho and has numerous years of experience in the sales and service industries.

In his role at Mustard Seed, he combines his successful experience fostering healthy customer relationships by helping his clients protect what they have worked hard to amass and accomplish. In addition to his work with Mustard Seed clients, Daniel provides guidance and effort into the marketing programs for the company.

Daniel loves the Boise area and has been living in the Treasure Valley since he was two years old. In his free time Daniel enjoys spending time with his family along with doing hobbies such as; basketball, snowboarding, snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, and pretty much anything outdoors.

Landon grew up in the Boise valley and attended Capital High School, where he was a member of the 2014 Idaho State Baseball state championship team.  After graduating in 2014, he continued his baseball career at Montana State University-Billings, where he won multiple conference championships and earned his bachelor’s degree in History with a minor in Business Administration. 
As a licensed insurance producer at Mustard Seed, Landon intends to continue achieving professional and personal goals by helping his clients protect what they have worked hard to amass and accomplish. 

Following his graduation from MSUB, Landon returned to Boise with his wife Heather, and their newborn son to continue his life enjoying and contributing to the Boise community. When not working, Landon enjoys camping, golfing, coaching baseball, and spending time with his family. 

Camree was raised in the great state of Idaho and enjoys everything it has to offer.  Camree has worked in the service and event industry for the past 6 years and is excited to create relationships with her customers in personal lines at Mustard Seed as a Personal Lines Agent.

Outside of insurance, Camree enjoys contributing to the wedding industry in Idaho with her custom cake business. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, biking, running, snowboarding, and just about anything to enjoy the great outdoors.  

Jacob was born and raised in Idaho and is the father of three wonderful children.  He has been in the insurance industry since 2013 and specializes in transportation.  He loves Idaho because it has quick access to everything he loves to do.  In his spare time, he enjoys camping, skiing, fishing, hunting, all kind of sports, and of course the Broncos.

Jake was born and raised in the great state of Idaho. He has spent some time working in the hospitality industries and became part of the Mustard Seed family in 2020. He Loves meeting new people and thrives on providing the best customer experience for each person he interacts with. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, sports and enjoying the wonderful Idaho outdoors.

Sunny was born just outside of Idaho and raised in the Treasure Valley.  She spent many years in the hospitality and restaurant business. She enjoys meeting new people and offering exceptional customer service. Sunny joined the Mustard Seed team to continue providing the best customer service for her clients. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her family and dogs. She also enjoys watching and being involved in all the activities and sports her children are involved in.

Heather, a proud Idaho native born and raised in the vibrant city of Boise, has been licensed in insurance since 2017. With her roots firmly planted in the Gem State, she has dedicated her career to supporting truckers across the nation. Outside of work, Heather treasures time with her family. Alongside her husband, Austin, and their four children, she enjoys exploring Idaho, Oregon, and beyond. Whether it's hiking, fishing, or simply enjoying nature, Heather values creating lasting memories with loved ones.

Jennifer is a native Oregonian, born and raised in Eastern Oregon. She is new to the insurance industry. Her professional background is in banking/customer service. When she is not at work, she can usually be found either working in her yard or in her kitchen cooking/baking something.

DJ Jones is an Idaho Native known for his passion for family, sports and fishing. 

With expertise in trucking insurance and transportation, DJ combines his love for the open road with a commitment to safeguarding businesses.  As a dedicated Boise State fan, he brings enthusiasm and reliability to every endeavor. 

Amber started in the insurance industry in 2005 and as a native Idahoan, she has experience and knowledge in both commercial and personal insurance.  Amber’s talent for detail and executing the proper coverage for each individual is what makes her stand out from your average agent. She is hands on and prides herself in securing the proper needs of her insureds.  In her off time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, son and dog.

Elijah, or Eli as he’s more commonly known, has been living in the Boise area since 2008 when he moved with his family to help plant a church. A pastor’s son and born Montanan, he holds fond memories of his dad coming home from hauling loads in the big sky country between sermons. Eli knows that, like anything, a job is just one part of a person’s life and the things people do away from work are often the most meaningful. With years of experience in customer service, he brings with him an attentive care to the people he aims to serve and a mission for excellence in everything he does. He studies electrical engineering at BSU and uses his knowledge of computer systems and analysis tools to great effect in the office. When he’s not on the clock, Eli is an avid guitarist, snowboarder, and country swing dancer. He loves volunteering for his church, exploring the great state of Idaho, and adding value to every situation even when it makes only a mustard seed of difference.

Jeff began working at Mustard Seed in 2022 and started in the Trucking Division which was fortuitous as he was an award winning OTR trucker prior to joining the company. His belief that communication is the foundation for any and all relationships and the key to unlocking any situation. He studied Acting, yes he really did, at Boise State University and still loves going to the theater with his 3 daughters.

Mary Clark is a seasoned leader in the insurance and financial services industry.  She has been licensed in Oregon for insurance since 1998.  At Blackaby Insurance, she is responsible for all commercial lines polices, customers and staff that service the commercial business.  She is an expert in farm, ranch, commercial and public entity risks.  Prior to Blackaby Insurance, she served as a Financial Manager for a large, nationwide banking institution growing and managing a staff of over 15 people throughout her 26 years of leadership. 

Mary is a native Oregonian.  She was born and raised in Malheur County, graduating from Adrian High School and has worked, raised a family and contributed to the area in and around Ontario where she now works at the Blackaby Insurance office for the last 12 years.  When Mary is not working, she enjoys her time with family, especially her grandchildren that she loves to spoil.  She can often be found outdoors enjoying the amazing state of Oregon and all it has to offer.

Mary is bilingual and enjoys working with our Spanish and English speaking clients every day.

Jeremy was born and raised and lives in Ontario, OR and began his insurance career in 2016. He enjoys helping clients with all types of personal lines coverages; home, auto, motorcycle/ATV, flood, and life insurance.  With prior experience in customer service his favorite part of his job is talking with all of the Blackaby Insurance Agency clients.

Jeremy enjoys hunting and has recently taken up fishing, and is especially lucky since this area has plenty of opportunities for both. His favorite thing is hunting behind his bird dogs while riding a walking horse in the rocks and sagebrush of the high desert.

Luen has been in the insurance industry since 2019 and a licensed agent since 2021.  She also has her notary and alcohol server license in the state of Oregon.  She was raised in Fruitland, Idaho and lives in Ontario with her husband.  She loves traveling, fishing, swimming, and just about any outdoor activity.  She is fluent in Spanish and is currently learning French, and is a huge advocate for suicide awareness, and she volunteers any chance she gets in the community.
